All my block name tabs have a line over them. It's gray and the width of the tab. This is only in FF2, not in IE6.

Just checked, this problem is also in Netscape 8.

Other things that are weird:
1) I added a custom logo and the header background went away.
2) The block titles, in addition to the top border, are square corners, and in plain Arial font.
3) All block title tabs are the same color.
