I was struggling all day to find the problem with this. I place a theme for the module. I try with diferent configurations and paterns names for folder and file. I read the part in README.txt and even the problematics lines in the module code. But No matter wat I do...the configuration area hide my theme ( i just try with one) To make things worse...themes.myalbums.biz seems to be offline, I don't know since when, I just enter 2 days ago. So I'm not sure if there is a zip file with themes for the drupal 7 version. I'm about to give up with this and continue with just the regular view slide show module.
I try with the ddblock module and the theme list does apear in the module config...but the module doesn't work for me at all, so I try with this.

ppblaauw commentedThe http://ddblock.myalbums.biz site is working again. The slideshow themes for views_slideshow_ddblock can be downloaded from http://ddblock.myalbums.biz/download (make sure you have the versions for drupal 7)
Hope this helps you further, please let me know.

aolba_dev commentedIt works now. I download the files and place them in custom folder. So far so good.

JamesD commentedwhere exactly should the custom folder lie? in the root directory or within the module folder?
ppblaauw commentedThe custom folder with slideshow themes should go in the root folder of the drupal theme used.
like sites/all/themes/[themename]/custom

zahor commentedI'm at my wits end with this. Nothing I do is resulting in the themes showing up on the list. I followed the instructions, changed permissions, tried a different theme (with folder there), tried renaming...nothing.
Has anyone gotten the 7x version to work?

spanners commentedSame here. Got the themes folder in the right spot (sites/all/themes/custom/modules/ddblock...) and cleared cache but can't get the themes to display in the drop down option for Template in DDBLOCK OPTIONS.
I definitely have last version of templates downloaded (it's a .rar file). I've also tried both the default name views_slideshow_ddblock and ddblock as the folder name.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
