Ocular Concepts was the frontrunner in the list of potential web design candidates due to the expertise we had with Drupal. When we started this project back in Aug 2010, we had an experience of 5 successful Drupal driven websites under our belt.

This was a complex project with at least 8 departments in the library who hold meetings, events and seminar every week, all wanting their information to be held online with a priority. The library has a history of 80 years of successful existence and it has a vast collection of resources in form of books, videos, pictures, art forms and collectibles. Their aim was to sell some of its collections while at the same time, making people aware of the great assistance the library does in spreading the literary works. The library also wanted to garner volunteering and joining, through the website.

Drupal was the obvious choice for a project of this scale and we (Ocular Concepts) started with documenting and researching the requirements in depth. We wireframed the home page and inner page look and feel and then did a custom redesign of the library's then existent design. This is a custom designed website and the design was then converted into a Drupal theme with custom jQuery functions and editable sections.

Awesome design! I like that you have a lot of work samples in your portfolio. Also functionality is done on a high level so it's very comfortable to surf your site.
