Resolved…

1) Enable Amazon SES module.

2) Configure Messaging as follows:

2-1) Enable Simple Mail module that comes with Messaging

2-2) Select Drupal mail in Administer » Messaging & Notifications » Messaging settings - Send methods

Note: You may use HTML Mail module for better looking messages…
