When I activate or disactivate any module I get this error. Even if I just click 'save configuration' without changing anything. I have no idea what this means.....can anyone help??

It sounds like you are missing a file called updates.inc in the database folder. You might want to download the most current 4.7.x files and compare those files with what you have. If there are any missing, try plugging in the missing ones and see if that solves your problem.

I tried using my back-up upadates.inc from a earlyer version of my website and I tried downloading the latest version of updates.inc and using that but neither work. When I delete updates.inc I get the error above but when I use either of those updates.inc I get a completely white page and nothing happenes. I think this is probably because neither of those updates.inc match the actual updates to the database. What do I do??? It still doesn't work.

Does anyone have any solutions to this besides a complete reinstall.......HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
