Using 4.5.0, the taxonomy_context block displays using the name of one vocabulary but displays terms from all vocabularies. This does not appear to be as documented, and is counter-productive.

Here's a patch for one of the hacks at the above link (the one provided by geek: http://drupal.org/node/11543#comment-15605). This seems to suffice to produce behavior as documented rather than the counterintuitve behavior.
