Issue Summary
Ubuntu 11.04 - the Natty Narwhal - was released in April 2011 and is supported until October 2012.
I have a brand new installation of that... eager to be guinea pig; also is there a good way to set up that part of the system for reset, so i can try installation repeatedly as if it were new?
We mention Drubuntu in Definitive Drupal and, even without the danger of misleading literally dozens of readers at this point, Drubuntu is an extremely valuable tool for starting and continuing with Drupal development.
Will try to post what parts of #1181804: Breaking Drubuntu apart into useful component projects i think are critical first.

I got drubuntu working on an Ubuntu 11 instance, but I had to run some eldritch apt commands & configurations because some of Drubuntu's dependencies did not have Natty versions available. The Ubuntu 10 version of those packages are largely compatible with Natty.
The next time I sit down to set up a Drubuntu system (which might be a couple months) I will try to document what I do... assuming someone else doesn't wave a magic wand.
Drubuntu is one of those projects that needs more active contributors, especially around anything time-sensitive.
