Essential files defining the module are missing. At minimum bubbletimer.module file is missing; comparing to 7.x-2.x-dev commit other files missing including: bubbletimer-form.css, bubbletimer.statistics.inc. Copied files from 2.x commit and the 3.x module produces the following error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/hpcalaf/public_html/sites/all/modules/bubbletimer/bubbletimer.module on line 1

Installed latest 7.x-2.x-dev snapshot to get Bubbletimer installed and kept 7.x-3.x-dev Bubbletimer services intergration. So far working. New stuff for me so will be testing further.

"Critical" means site down. Since this is only a -dev and not even displayed on the project page, don't blame BT for a site outage. However, it is major in that the module doesn't work.
