There used to be a block below the issues links on project pages that linked to the last 5 updated issues.

It seems like the view is still there, perhaps it was just disabled?

As mikey_p pointed out, this isn't project_issue's fault. Someone with access to d.o views could likely fix this.

I don't see any disabled views or overridden views aside from drupalorg_admin_comments_by_user. I think we're looking for project_issue_user_issues according to the Homebox and Block configuration pages, but I cannot find that view or display.

Disregard #3. I believe the recent issues block on project pages was removed intentionally as it cached horribly and was never accurate.
