There's currently no clear sentence or two that explains what this module does and why you'd want to use it on yer site. I think it would need mentioning keywords like 'search engine optimisation' and 'customize how this page is shown in search results' or something.

My review in http://drupal.org/node/1277962#comment-4986114 of the description text there triggered this.
