It would be nice to have the node title followed by the booktitle listed as "Book Review: blah blah"
I've tried working out promoted things are themed, but haven't got my head around it yet.
It would be nice to have somewhere to stick a cover picture.
It would also be nice, if an ISBN has been filled in, to have it optionally have a link to Amazon with an Amazon associate id attached.
I've sort of kludged together a version (see attached) that runs on 4.5 from your 4.4.0 code, (I've fixed the menu code so that it shows up in content creation list) but I'm a newbie at Drupal and haven't worked out how to add images yet.
I've also added a block thingy to list 3 random book reviews - but again, it would be nice to have a picture associated with the link.
I would like to have a go at updating it, if someone would give me some pointers.

jeremy commentedCover pictures and links to amazon are now provided in the 4.6 version of the block. Marking feature request as fixed.
If I have missed any of your request, file each individual request as a new issue. Do not combine multiple requests into one issue.
