Enabling groups submodule causes user roles to be cleared when that user logs in.
No options have been selected in groups.

Changing role permissions before the admin setting have been defined should not be done.

The dev version now contains code that tests if any group "filters" have been defined via the admin screen. If there are none, it just returns before doing anything.
