Releases for MyFantasyLeague

The 2.x branch adds the ability for individual users on the site to set up their own MyFantasyLeague league.
There is also still the global league.
Both types of leagues have permissions, so the admin can determine who has permissions to edit a user league or global league.

Fixed hook_perm function. It was declared wrong so the admin user wasn't able to choose what roles are allowed to administer the module.

Changes since 6.x-1.1:

Added the ability to display leagues that aren't head to head.
Fixed some problems:
- standings display problem when league has only one division
- now can load leagues prior to the 2010 season
