Getting 403 error in update.php

Hi all

On running update.php. i'm getting:

An HTTP error 403 occured. update.php?op=do_update

Some things to note:
1) I am using "admin" user with ID #1.
2) The first few module updates worked fine, no changes were made to the site and this error started happening.
