Error with banner

Hi guys.

I have with the Marinelli banner. On some computers my banner shows with all the images under one another, in a straight line, hiding what is supposed to be underneath.

What I've come to realize is that this issue is isolated to the computers at my office.

Could it be that our network somehow stops the CSS for the banner? It has worked in the past, but it seems buggy on some computers.

Does anybody have any idea what I can do, other than replacing the banner with a block.
