We should remove the configuration options for "domain" OR "path prefix" depending on which was selected in the previous step.

In effect, if a user has configured the site to use "path prefix", presenting them with the configuration options for the "domain" approach both useless and confusing.

Thanks for submitting this issue. Some comments: (a) can you link in where does this come from (we have an issue for that discussion at #1279840: META: smarter defaults and UI fixes for language selection), (b) carry on some of the notes from there - in some cases neither field makes sense on a language for example.
