I propose changing the phrase
"If entity translation is enabled it will be possible to provide a different version of the same content for each available language."
to the following:
"If entity translation is enabled it will be possible to provide a different version of some or all fields for each available language, instead of creating new instances of content you wish to translate."

I don't think the first version does a good job of explaning to users what this module does and why it's useful :)
