Google Instant Compatibility

Looks like this module is not getting much love, but I'll throw this in here anyway.

Doesn't appear as though this module is capable of handling any traffic from Google if a user has Google Instant enabled (which I believe is default behavior now for many).

You can test by supplying serapi_get_search with something like the following referral URL. The function will simply return false, probably because all of the query parameters are found in the fragment.
