I want to display a different Flash animation on each page (or in each section anyway).
The animation will always appear in the same place on the page.
I don't want any facility for the users of the site to upload Flash just for the Administrator (who can do it through FTP).
So the Flash could be hard coded into the template (I've tried this but can't get it to display), but I thought it would make sense if I had it as a block so I could specify a number of different animations and link specific animations to specific sections.
Hope that makes sense.
Does anyone know how to do this?

Input Format?
I guess my first thought was: Is your input format set to "Full HTML"? If that's set correctly, you should be able to input any html, including the object stuff needed for flash.
If that's not the issue, can you describe the result of trying to create a manual block that contains flash? What displays in the block? Nothing? What's the html code output look like for the block?
Thank you both
Thank you both for your responses.
I'm obviously suffering brain fade (or perhaps I've been thick from the start). Once I put the input format to Full HTML it worked.
Well it worked after I played around with the paths for a while.
