This may be an infrequent combination, but worth reporting, in case someone else runs into it.
In Access Control, I had checked all of the boxes so that "attach WebFM files" was turned on. I tried to create content with Biblio, and when I selected the drop-down box (e.g. for journal article), there should be fields that come up (e.g. year, title, etc.) These were absent, so there was no place to include content.
I'm not sure if there's a third interaction because I use FCKeditor. I disabled that, and the problem still seemed to be there.
I normally use Drupal to manage attachments, and don't think that I would use Web File Manager to do this ... but maybe someone else might.
