Installed no problems.

However there are vital modules missing - the files are in the directory but they do not display on the
admin/build/modules page. Instead theres this:

Aggregator 5.1 Aggregates syndicated content (RSS, RDF, and Atom feeds).
Forum 5.1 Enables threaded discussions about general topics.
Depends on: Taxonomy (missing), Comment (missing)
Profile 5.1 Supports configurable user profiles.
Search 5.1 Enables site-wide keyword searching.
Statistics 5.1 Logs access statistics for your site.

and thats it, besides the core:

Node 5.1 Allows content to be submitted to the site and displayed on pages.
Watchdog 5.1 Logs and records system events.

Any suggestions?

I have built a handful of Drupal sites, and installed fine. However this is weird!
