I'm trying to get nodeformcols to work (after destroying those pesky vertical tabs) and all works fine except that fieldsets with a summary have a messed up display in rubik. I attached 2 screenshots, one for rubik and one for seven. In seven it works fine as they put the summary next to the tile.

Are you using a sub theme of rubik? The fieldset template is coming from the tao theme so you might just have to create a subtheme (if you aren't already using one), copy the fieldset template (from tao into your newly created subthem), and apply your fixes (modify the CSS and/or template file).
