Per this issue http://drupal.org/node/23759 the Content-Disposition header should be quoted. Otherwise, in Firefox, a download of a filename containing spaces is received with a truncated filename.

Thanks - fixed in head... currently a 4.7 branch. I will merge changes into the 5 branch sometime once I get a couple issues worked out...
