Needs updating, to show the "DRUPAL-5-" is in use instead of the expected "DRUPAL-5-1-" for tags.

I'm by no means an expert on CVS tags, but when I went to look at the page everything seemed correct to me. Is there a specific error that you saw or do you mean more info should be added to the page?
