First stable release for Drupal 7.x.

Now uses Drupal.behaviours to output cloudmenu items to the browser, rather than rendering repetitive in-line swfobject javascript snippets.
New flash applet needs absolute URLs or the tags won't link.
This release fixes a flashvars XSS security problem in the included cumulus.swf file. See http://drupal.org/node/1307504 for more details.
