In Version 4.5, I tried to enable spanish and set spanish as the default language while I was logged in to my site, oc.mediamutiny.org.

When I logged out, I saw spanish text enabled (which should not be the case if I am not logged in).

When I logged back in, the language changed back to English. I could only make spanish the default language if I removed English as one of the languages for my user.

I am using 4.5, upgraded from 4.4.

I reinstalled drupal for real (I was just testing before) and this issue went away.

Now I just get a single set of radio buttons to choose from, per user.

I had been using a version that was upgraded to 4.5 from a pre-4.4 CVS version, so now I am basically on 4.5 and I guess that was the problem.

Has anyone else seen this behavior?
