Hi. Please does anyone know the correct syntax to add to the filter (at admin/settings/ldap/ldapsync) to sync a particular user? Tried various options but no success... e.g uid=myuser

In AD I'm pretty sure you want (sAMAccountName=myuser).

I assume you know that if you do that with the Mussing users action set to block you will block all users except that one?
