Anonymus users get chat messages of all other anonymus users

Hi,

I want to use drupal chat for a live support. So anonymus users should be able to chat with admins but not with each other. I tried out and saw that anonymus users are chatting as only one user. Probably because they have no user name. Would it be possible to give them an id identified by the ip adress? Also would it be possible that they only can chat with admins?
