user2userpoints: both parties need to accept a transaction before points actually transfer. Is this possible?

Is it possible to configure Userpoints / user2user points so, that both parties need to accept the transaction, before the points actually get transferred? (or the transaction have to be accepted by the both parties, sender & receiver, before the transaction goes to moderation)
