Setup (Steps to reproduce)
Drupal 7.8, XAMPP, PHP 5.3
Internationalization module (and dependencies) installed
Add Arabic as a site language (or other RTL language)
Select the site language as Arabic

Expected behavior
Text/menus/blocks should become right justified, though the basic layout should remain the same

Actual behavior
The entire theme seems to break.
