Issue Summary
it appears that some of the files in this module are thirdparty code. Third party code - even if it is GPL - may not be stored in the drupal CVS.
I found this one: http://cvs.drupal.org/viewcvs/drupal/contributions/modules/lucid_menu/js... but others may also need to be removed.

Sorry, I didn't know about that.
But I've changed some of these files??? So referring module users to the original code to download is no use to me. What should I do?

If you changed the files, keep them in CVS.
