Features and Wiki Input Filter should produce a fully functional Wiki without the need for additional configuration.

try beta again. I changed "Recommended releases" for Talk and Flexifilter
I had the wrong release version in the make file. trying again
Flexifilter and Talk have beta releases. Trying build again
Starting on D7. Install should work and create the Wiki content type, but most everything else is not configured yet.
UPDATE: d.o. make system does not allow dev releases in drupal-org.make files. I have contacted module authors for release info.
