Currently module has a lot of troubles with http://drupal.org/coding-standards

Let's fix php-doc comments and trailing white spaces first

Also changes hook_uninstall() because it's cleans up wrong variables and node-types form admin form should not use variable

Thanks for pointing this out. I had been asleep when implementation changed to implements and I re-added a white-space highlighter to my .vimrc file. Your patch failed after #1278186: Dependencies on comments settings? for the .module file so I had to recreate it. Please re-open if you see anything I've missed. http://drupalcode.org/project/ajax_comments.git/commit/37342f5
