is there a way to remove old aliases?
ive got lots of old ones in the db

it would be good if there was a way to automaticly delete the aliase when content is deleted

You can remove them by deleting them from the url_alias table.

Can you cite some specific instances where the aliases are not deleted when content is deleted? That would be useful to find the source of this problem.
