Dotted border appears around player when Play button is clicked

When I click the Play button a light dotted border appears around the entire player. Why does this happen and is there a way to turn it off? I've tried the standard "Light" and "Dark" players that Kaltura provides by default and they both have the same problem. I've attached a screenshot showing the problem.
