Display Link to T&C instead of entire text on registration page

Good idea, I'll implement this as time allows.

I almost achieved this by simplying creating HTML links to our existing policies within the text. Not as elegant, but useful for multiple conditions to be agreed.

Wish I could get rid of that erroneous "Note: if you have an account with one of our affiliates" (and the Drupal module is uninstalled!)

Now a feature in the 5.x-1.4 release - I'll add it to the Drupal 6 version later today.
