Status not changing

When using the "Technical Support Request Workflow" example and the "Test Content Type Task - with regen" example, once all of the tasks have been completed, I would expect the Status value to change to something like "Completed". In both cases, however, it seems that the final value remains "Under Review", as seen in the "Content" section when I show the entire workflow.
