Even when the checkbox 'Display even if view has no result' is checked the title doesn't appear. The work around is to uncheck the box, place the header in the 'empty text' section and theme accordingly. This is different from how the standard Views Attachments works.

I'm using the latest version of Drupal 6 and Views Attach
