Just received mail regarding changes in the way WordPay deal with customer addresses.
I would think it will have an effect on how the UC Worldpay is set up.
Will this be changed before the changes is live by Wordpay or should we not expect this?

From the page you linked to:

Backwards-compatible with existing address formats, and will not affect your existing WorldPay integration, callbacks, shopping cart/storebuilder or back-office systems

Looks like it shouldn't be a issue.
