Add poins on forum reply as in Sun Java Forum

Hello.
Thanks for developing this nice module.

I use the Duke Stars Forum in Java, and they have a nice way to promote user participation on threads to answer people.

The person that starts a threads assigns a maximum number of points to the thread as reward for answers.
As the people answer, the user can reward them with part of that points.

So this way people are encouraged to answer.

As one assigns the points, the maximum assigned to the thread goes down.
So this way the user that asked doesn't give too much points until the doubt is solved.

Don't you think this could be a nice feature to add to your Userpoints module?
