For some forum users Personal messages BLOCK is showing, but for others its hidden.
Permissions in drupal are configured correctly.

Do anyone knows how to fix this?

I think I have the same problem here:
(Personal messages block)
Admin role can see this block, but registered users andr anonymuses can't.
I have given all permissions to roles.
All other phpbb made blocks are visible to all roles.
Can anyone help?

I have the same issue! Block is configured correctly, I have checked it at least 5 times.
