Hello, in this comment (http://drupal.org/node/1054622#comment-4062848) it's solved the first issue:
1) Notification Mail Not works

But, in my case, i need to go My Person for setting Notifications, and i can't to set emails:
2) My Person link not works :(

What can i do?
I need the person's form for setting this.

That is the bad function reason.
Why the Hired till: is 31. Dec. 1969 as default?
What can i do?

The default should be no date.
With date popup module it works for me.
Do you have the date_popup module activated? I will test this tomorrow without the date_popup module, i think there is a bug.

Hi,

i have just tested this issue. With date popup module i have an empty textfield as a date popup field. Without the date popup module i have three select boxes - year - month - day - every select field is set default to empty

But if the date popup module is not enabled and i save a person, the time is set during submission and the person will be disabled
Message "User disabled, because is not hired anymore."

I will have a look at this soon to fix it
