Some liks generate in wrong way

For example: we have a string "This is #go a #good #google.... bla bla bla"
Hashtags
#go
#good
#google
so in this case the html looks like: "This is #go a #good #google.... bla bla bla"
Should be: "This is #go a #good #google.... bla bla bla"
