On an inside page (?q=node/1), the bar disappears and instead the bar just below the primary nav seems to double (?).

webchickActually, in digging around a bit more, this is what's happening. The vertical separator is on all other pages.
The "moving to the top" thing was caused by some div imbalance unrelated to this bug.
