Requesting quotes for

solutions to following problems:

1) Scheduler that works with Newsletter. Scheduler works only with non-newsletter nodes. Must play nice with SMTP & MIME modules
2) Bounce handler for Newsletter that gives option to delete or remove emails with bounce counts exceeding some value.
3) Implement SMS Gateway module to use with Newsletter. Mobile Phone# Option with Newsletter subscriptions and registration, site-wide.
4) Ecommerce module that actually fires off emails on some given event. It currently does not do this, even though emails are there - not even manual provision for this functionality. Eg, customer purchases product, drupal/ec sends invoice/receipt and notification to admin.
