killfile 7.x-1.2

Features:
- Add "Content is using Killfile" rules condition

Bugfixes:
- Use correct argument handling for undelete page
- The rules event node must not be passed wrapped inside of an array
- $node-uri may not always exist

Updates:
- Add watchdog messages when there is a problem with the killfile and unkillfile rules actions
- Remove the 'bypass' feature from the rules integration functionality
