I've installed this module, and read the documentation, but the documentation has steps which simply do not exist in my D7.8 install after enabling it. Configuration has no link for Front Page as per the instructions.

Edit: Unsure what caused the module to start operating, post Front Page module install, I have included Premium Content module, Node Access module. went back and clicked on configure for Front Page in the module section for my site and it came up with role configurations. Not sure if this is a bug, or if I missed some module prerequisite.

Hi Kallen5k, it might have had something to do with caching of the menu although installing a module should usually clear this. I'm not too sure what would have cause the menu item to not show but the menu item is created as per drupal specifications so not much more I can do here. Glad to hear it's working however.
