Creating this issue to keep traack of work on two aspects of date formats:

  1. Make timezone issues go away, by properly using Drupal and PHP's available APIs for those things.
  2. Allowing site admins to select any date format from Drupal's date format system for use in displaying dates for Yr weatherdata.

For me all works good now. Problem was with data from yr.no

That's great! I suspected it had something to do with daylight savings time, or some other issue. I will still keep this in mind for future updates, though :)
