add space on admin screen to set several paragraphs of text describing the mailing list and any posting rules.

Site i'm developing also require images on mailing lists, and ability to link to a page describing only one list.

if no-one objects (i'm looking at arturoramos) i'll add this as an option in HEAD code.

As long as these features are optional, i.e. if left blank in admin screen they simply are left out, I don't see a problem.

I think the pages with only one list can easily be created through a specific menu call that simply references the given list number.

What do you think of that approach?
