Releases for AT Commerce

Due to a major change in the naming convention and structure of Commerce modules CSS files we must update AT Commerce since it relies on Commerce module file naming conventions to work correctly.

RC2 fixes the critical "text aligned center" bug that was introduced in RC1.

Also I added two new color scheme settings for the main menu hover background and link color.

Numerous other minor fixes.

Release notes

Rolling a beta for testing and to give myself a delineating point in development.

TODO:
- cross browser testing (like the real thing...)
- IE fixes, IE9 should be mostly OK with only minor quirks
- Calendar and Quicktabs styling
- Tweaks for small screens - the responsive stuff is working well, but some tweaking could make it a lot better
- bug fixes in response to feedback etc
